Rental Agreement
The rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition, ordinary use and wear is accepted, on or before the DUE BACK DATE. In order to hold the rental equipment there is a non-refundable deposit equal to 1/3 of the total order. The lessee agrees to pay damaged or lost rental equipment and agrees not to loan, sublet, or use material that may damage the rented equipment. No warranty is given against evident or hidden defects in the material, workmanship or capacity. In the event that a rented item becomes unsafe or in a state of disrepair, the Lessee agrees to immediately discontinue its use and notify and representative of "Bouncers 'R' Us" to exchange or repair the item. Lessor shall not be liable to the Lessee for injuries to persons or damage to property. The Lessor may with proper notification, report property stolen if held beyond the DUE BACK DATE or if circumstances indicate theft before that time. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
